Amazing Andaman

… Getting lost in this paradise – Priceless.
As some you asked for trip details, here are the info, will add more info in coming days.
Day1:- Arrive at Port Blair. Stayed in Hotel: TSG Emerald View(Business Hotel, good one :- ).
City Tour:- Covers the famous Cellular Jail(Note:- Monday Closed), Chatam Saw Mill (one of the oldest & largest in Asia,entry ticket Rs.10), Forest Museum, Mini Zoo, Anthropological Museum, Fisheries (Marine) Museum, Naval Marine Museum (Samudrika), Andaman, Gandhi Park & the Cottage Industries Emporium (Sagarika).
Visit Ross Island – from where the Britishers’ governed the entire A&N lslands, prior to India ’s Independence . This island is an ideal destination for nature walk amidst sylvan surroundings with deers, peacocks, exotic birds, etc.

Day 2:- Went to Jolly buoy
Jolly buoy island is very famous for under water corals and the pristine clear beach. This place is one hour journey from Wandoor beach. Snorkeling(Dont miss this, too good) and scuba diving are available here.
Dinner @ Bengali Restaurant, 15mins walking from our hotel – Bhaat, ruti, daal, macher jhol , approx Rs150 for two people.
Day 3:- Early morning departure by inter-island ferry to Havelock Island (57 kms by sea from Port Blair).
Travelled by Makruzz, Cruise which is the best and takes only 90mins(Govt ships will take 3.30 hrs) , Check:- http://makruzz.com, 9.15am, checking – 1 hour before, boarding pass:- 30mins prior. Woah, ask for window seat while booking the ticket (Rs.650).
Jetty transfer from our hotel. Hotel:- Sea Shell (http://www.seashellhavelock.com)
The two main beaches are the Vijaynagar Beach (Beach No. 5) & the Radhanagar Beach (Beach No. 7) – the most popular beach in Andamans for its crystal clear turquoise blue waters.
This resort is in the Vijaynagar Beach (Beach No. 5), 10 mins from Jetty. Around 22 cottage rooms, AC, LCD TV. Nice rooms.
Sandy beach and lush green forest in a comfortable beach resort.
Checking time:- 12noon , checkout:- 11am.
Afternoon,Evening:- Visit to Radha Nagar Beach + Most amazing view of Sunset here. what a place !!!

Day4:- Trip to Elephanta Beach, transfer to jetty from Hotel, then boat to Elephanta Beach (around Rs.1000/head), there are speed boats available also. Drink coconut water here, tooo sweet.

Day 5:- Scuba Diving trip , Rs.3500/head. Check with Scuba Diving shops in Havelock Market (Beach No # 2), eat traditional food there, a nice small evening market.
Afternoon, again went to RadhaNagar Beach, no one can go just once.

Day 6:- 11am checkout, Lunch @ Barefoot Bar & Brasserie (Malai Kofta-Rs 150,Tandoori Roti Rs.30,etc), Opposite to Jetty.

Return to Port Blair @ 4pm Makruzz from Havelock, Shopping@ Sagar Emporium (MG Road, Middle Point,Port Blair)
Overnight Stay in TSG hotel.
Day 7:- Early Morning Return Flight.

Andaman Trip with wifey…celebrating 2 years of 2getherness.

I have been to Andmaan & Radhanagar beach is my favourite destination. The pose both of u created in front of setting sun is simply amazing. Keep clicking !

Great shots! I specially liked the Day 1 pic. But my expectations went so high that the Day 7 pic was a slight disappointment. Somehow I didn’t like the angle there. Anyways that’s my personal perception.
